I visited MTN in Northgate on the 21st January. I dealt with Benni, who took all the paperwork (including the death certificate) and sent it on to the Legal Department. I then phoned the legal department on the 27th January to find out what was going on. I was told there was a back log and I must call back in a few days time.
I called today and was holding on for 32 minutes before I put the phone down.
How long can it possibly take to look at a death certificate, and close a account??? AND I have received a new bill for her this morning, which I refuse to pay.
Now I think that I deserve to be contacted by MTN as the last time I checked, I am the client???
SUCH DISGUSTING SERVICE... I WILL DEFINITELY LOOK AT PORTING MY NUMBER AWAY FROM MTN!!
