Hi,

I have applied for a Notice of Death certificate for Mr Farouk Ahmed Abdulla Id nr:5009175225081 last year October.

Mrs Shanaaz Abdulla details has been supplied as the wife of Mr Abdulla.

I have insurance policies under Mr FA Abdulla that the banks are awaiting a notice of death certificate, but till date when ever I call I don't seen to get any joy,

I need this above mentioned documentations to be supplied to me asap as the banks need this letter to close all accounts for the deceased mr Farouk ahmed Abdulla.
