Incorrect Charges - Continued

I have been incorrectly charged for the last two months due to an error on Altech Autopage's side. I have been into the branch where I was merely connected to the accounts department, the in store consultant could not assist me as apparently head office had done the upgrade. The accounts department promised a credit note for call, GPRS and content charges which have yet to materilise. This month I been incorrectly billed again. I would prefer it if I could get my refund, return the phone and move to another supplier. The early upgrade option does not work and the consultants dealing with you in store need training on the basics, they could not tell what my package included without looking in ad magazine. If I had known that getting an upgrade was going to be this much effort I would have waited for the contract to end and moved to another network and supplier. Received a call from someone wanting to resolve the issue on the 30th July at 12:30, as i did not have my accounts with me asked them to call back in 30 min at 13:00. To date I am still waiting for the call. Give me my refund and take your phone back!!
