MTN's service is giving them a bad rep

AFfer MTN's insurance has denied to payout my wife's insurance (her nr 0838431836) pertaining to her phone, I'm going to cancel my insurance as they are patetic when processing claims. I have tried the whole morning and cant get through to the insurance dept. I have waitied 10-15 minutes with no response. If this is the type of service I get then I will move all my business to either vodacom or Cell C.
