Virgin Mobile South Africa
Incorrectly billing since Nov 2012

I'm on a R200 monthly contract (R200 airtime 1000 SMS). Around Oct 2012 my Virgin Mobile SIM card stopped working so I went into the Canal Walk branch and did a SIM swap. They were very helpful and everything got sorted. However after this is when the problems started.

See timeline of events and reference numbers below:

- On 1 Nov I was debited R299. R99 extra for courier charges for having my SIM card delivered? This shouldn't have been charged as it was done in-store. Ref: 46388799 & 46431284. Dealt with Bongiwe Mangcu.

- After dealing with Bongiwe I was told they would credit my account with R99 due to the courier charges billing error. Then someone in the billing dept decided to change the credit note to a debit note and I was again charged R299 on 1 Dec 2012.

- On 3 Jan 2013 I was debited R101 and on 1 Feb I was debited R299 again.

After speaking with the billing dept several times it would seem that someone has changed my contract from a R200 monthly commitment to a R299 commitment...?

Ref. no's I've received:
46388799
46431284
2881734
2882403
2882406

I would like someone to please find out what is going on and I would like to change my contract over to prepaid.
