Dual sim card does not work

After many weeks of phoning and asking, my dual sim card still will not work in my modem. Phoned Autopage again today to ask what the problem is. Said they would phone head office and phone me back. I'M STILL WAITING!!!
Another example of bad service.
Why do I have to beg for a solution and some communication?!?
