After recieving a standard email response i took it up myself to call the repair centre to inquire when exactly am i going to receive my phone that am still paying for. I spoke to a constulatnt at the repair centre number 083 900 0349 who advised that she has priorotised my query and that i should be getting my phone by tomorrow the latest i was so happy to hear this. So i decide to call them again today to confirm whether my replacement phone had been despatched to my suprice i am still on the waiting list and no one has even bothered to contact me to keep me informed as to when exactly can i expect my phone i feel like cancelling the contract but dont have money to [ay for the early termination. We are in week 3 now am still waiting
