Hi,
I upgraded my Wife's contract and received the new phone in the middle of Jan and was then told that the phone could only be ported from Cell C to MTN on the 26th. Between then and now I have made numerous phone calls and everytime the person on the other line confirms that there is something wrong and they will log the query and get back to me but they don't. This has happened 5 times already and is quite sickening. Am I going to be charged for a phone that I am not allowed to use because of your incompetence??? Wake up Nashua!
