Telkom suspended my srevice because in 28 years of paying them on time my wife made a slip up in December. There was no notification. They just suspend the service. I have also report faults on my line about 6 times in 2 months and they fail to fix it. I paid in 3 minutes and then they could get my line up again. Telkom
