Misrepresented feautures of handset

I carefully selected the Samsung Galaxy Ace Advance due to the features depicted on a spec sheet on [URL Removed] The Cell C stores use this site to print out specifications for their customer, so one would expect the features there to correlate to the actual featurs of the same name and model. When I received the hanset I first waited a week for my fiance's handset to arrive so we could activate at the same time. I first complained to a Cell C store about a week later, about the very slow response to waking the phone up, as well as the fact that this model didn't have a proximity sensor. They said they could not help me as I got the contracts through the call centre, and I would have to go to the Main branch in Cape Road, near Greenacres. As they are not open on weekends, I had to wait until I had time to get away from work. I waited and was told that the 7 day exchange period was over. I did not want to exchange for another of the same unit, I wanted a unit that promised the same specs. To date, I have received no satisfactory solution. The Cancellation/Retentions department has not gotten back to me with cancellatin amounts despite several attempts to do so.
