Non existing service and not willing to help

On renewal of contract I received a damaged phone they are unwilling to change it and said I must cope with it then when requested to remove BIS services from my contract I was informed that this is not possible?
As if this is not enough they added a 1gb bundle to my contract without my concent.

I am very unhappy with their service as even their head office are not willing to help will not advise any person I know to make use of autopage as they are defenatly at the bottom of the industry when it comes to the service they provide.
They don't even want to give the customers options on phones as they only want to give the phones that they are overstock on everything else is just effort for them.
