My husband called Mweb cc to ONLY ENQUIRE about an adsl connection.
He got rental info, subscription etc. Low and behold a month later My Bank account is debited for an adsl line. Is this how Mweb does business?? I Never authorised this activation. I proceeded to call the call centre last week, at this juncture they advised will listen to calls and investigate and call me back, NO CALL BACK, I called them again two days ago and spoke to Shane Marks (agent that activated line), and Ashley (Manager) who advised she will listen to calls and call me back. NO SURPRISE I am still awaiting feedback.
I want this line activation cancelled ASAP and am sick of dealing with an untrustworthy Call centre manager and all.
