Jake "can't remember" where he got my email addres

I got SPAM from Jake. Like the previous reporter, he doesn't know where he got my email address from other than "The Internet" and "my address book" and "my friends address books". I explained that he is obliged to disclose the source of my email address, but he claimed again to not know. Jake wasn't rude, but said he had to go. I suspect Jake is using a SPAM outfit to do the harvesting of emails on his behalf. Here are some details:
