I need to cancel a contract but no one assists me

I have been trying to contact nashua mobile for the passed two weeks as my contract will be expiring soon but i get transferred to the cancelling department but end up sitting on the line for 30 minutes. i need to speak to somebody with regards to what documents i will need to fill to cancel as well as the email address that i should send these documents to.
