Contract has expired but I'm still paying

I had a contract woth Cell C for 24 months expiring 31 December 2012 for R 69. When my contract expired I thought I was done with them but to my nasty surprise they just continued debiting my account but from R 69 to R 179. For the past 3 months I have been struggling to cancel the so called new contract. The problem is I am paying for something that I don't have, if it was an upgrade how come no one evr called me to offer me a new phone. So there is no new phone but still my account is being debited. I have on numerous times called their customer care line to speak to a consultant but I never get a response. I have also e-mailed and smsed my query but noone ever gets back to you. Cell C has the worst service eve
