NO FEEDBACK WHATSOEVER!

I sent a fax to autopage accounts on the 21st of January 2014 requesting them to amend my account as they keep sending me a bill saying i am in arrears so i faxed all my proof of payments to them asking them to contact me but today the 3rd of February i still haven't received a call from them. This is very poor service and unacceptable one can only ask nicely up to a point. Please get this sorted out ASAP!!
