I just spoke to one of Afrihost Agents and asked about my billing that are incorrect and she listened to the complain, could not help me after I were on the phone 36 min just waiting for somebody to answer the call and tried to put me through to their telecom department while I'v waited for another 10 min just to have no one answering my call.
They, ve billed me for services in January which I only received from 23/01/2014, but charged me double for one month, where they promise when you call them, that they will only bill you for services rendered. I've asked them o cancel my Gardening domain. The instruction they gave me, does not work... PLEASE HElp
