REFUND NOT HAPPENING

Hi, I was asked to send through my ABSA cheque account statement before a refund could be made. I could not do so as it took me over 4 months to have that sorted out by ABSA. When I eventually could send a copy, I received no response. Eventually I logged another call and Charlotte contacted me and told me I had to send through my statement which I had not done. I said I had with no luck. She asked me to phone Dean as he dealt with refunds (0313633013) I have spent the last few weeks dialing this number only to have it go dead in my ear. My cancelled account number is 269901313313. Can someone call me or email me with a contact email to send my cheque statement to so I can receive my refund? Thanks
