BAD SERVICE

My account was 'soft locked' as a result I had no communication transfers. I received SMS's to pay either at a branch or at the bank. I went to the nearest branch only to be told that I can only pay in store if I live in JHB. 3 days ago a double debit went off and my phone is still in "soft lock' mode. I received an SMS yesterday from MTN 'your account has been credited with ...' BUT I CNT F#####NG USE IT IT!!! POINTLESS TELLING ME THAT NOW ISNT IT??? VERY OFF
