I have been with mtn for 6 months, and already want to cancel my contract. Firstly I have my phone for a week, sent it in for faulty chargin port, receive it back without memory card, and
tags. Second, contract has been suspended, did a payment of 400 as they asked (payment for next month they said), nothing changed, next day went back had to pay another 1000, mailed the proof of payment as they asked... it has been almost 5 days now and still no change, cannot call NOTHING! went back again... after standing in 30min row, just to be told to bring the pop of both the payments and they will mail it as well and hope it helps... useless! I have been deducted another 400 bucks this month although they told me if i do the first payment it would be for that month...
