CellC beyond Incompetent!!!

I unfortunately made the biggest mistake when I decided to take out 2 lines with CellC, from day 1 I have had nothing but drama.
On the line in question I requested the actual physical contract as they have only been giving me 100mb of data when I can clearly recall we took out the contract with 500mb of data, when I called the customer care and explained by issue before directing me to the store they couldn't understand why I was upset that I signed up for 500mb and wasn't getting it, the guy says to me "but we aren't charging you" Excuse me if I don't get my allocated data don't I then use my airtime "common sense right", I then went into the store at The Glen (who confirmed they recall the contact at it indeed being 500mb) but I was told they do not keep copies of the contracts on hand and I need to call head office. Clearly no-one knows what's going on as I get shoved from pillar to post.
On the 3rd Jan I in desperation email customer care requesting that I need the original contract to verify the data we signed up for, I get an email back saying that the system shows 100mb, have you ever, do they not understand I WANT TO SEE THE CONTRACT, you would think I'm entitled to that
