I would like to bring to your attention difficulties we as a community are experiencing with the Vodacom network.
Difficulties such as calls failed, no signal, sms's delayed, one can say all round difficulties. Signs started to occur during the month of December 2013, and have worsen until unacceptable at the moment. I can provide you with a petition with at least 20 people complaining about the service of Vodacom in Mafikeng.
Please can you address to this issue as soon as possible.
