I have called in to virgin mobile for 5 months to state I did not ask for an upgrade. the matter was escalated to billings, cancellations, team leaders, none of them were able to resolve.after asking for 5 months to move onto prepaid, finally they said it was done.i called in to check, on their system it was done, I was finally onto prepaid.during the time debit orders where run, guess what, I was moved onto a contract. R3000 was debited from my bank account for a handset I never received. I called in, the matter is now being escalated again. VM hide behind the fact that they are incompetent to your money. It is illegal to go into somebody bank account and take funds that they did not authorise you to do so. It is illegal for them to debit your bank account for something they never delivered, you never asked for and never consented to. They are a bunch of THIEVING!!! To all consumers out there, NEVER DISSOLVE YOUR BANK DETAILS to Virgin mobile to run debit orders from, they will your funds under the pretence of it being an error. There are over 1400 posts on hello peter to the same effect. Don't trust them
