My iPhone 5S keeps on dropping to EDGE, my modem keeps on disconnecting! The iPad can not even connect!
I called you in December when you said you will send someone to look at the problem in January. It is now February?!
I do not remain connected for even 5 minutes.
I do not understand why I keep paying you for 4 devices and you are not interested in sorting out my problem! In December your agent stated that 'we can not come out for only 1 customer reporting an issue'.
