Why charge CLi for a data deal?

I go my telkommobile data account in September last year. I took Smartinternet 3G promo at R119. This is a data deal and they automatically sneaked in a caller line id cost, which is not specified on the invoice, and charged me the R8.50 for September, October, November. I finally got to call them and asked a consultant why I was being charged something that was not even specified on the invoice., and WHY on a data deal? She just promised me that the costs would be reversed and that I would not be charged the amount again. December came and I was reimbursed for the December (?) and November Cli cost. Now I have just received my Jan invoice and CLi is back on, still with no indication of it on the invoice. It is a small cost, but if they are charging a large number of clients this amount, and it adds to a large amount of money in their coffers for a nonsensical charge. Further, how many times will I have to waste my time to sort out this sneaky cost that has just got back into my account for January? My main question is still, WHY CHARGE CLi ON A DATA DEAL, and why is this not specified on the invoice. This has a real underhand profiteering feel to it.
