Waiting 45min online for a service consultant

My internet is down. After trying to call the call center I had to wait 45min and I am still waiting for some assistance. This after billing told me my account is 100% and it must be a technical fault. Telkom is utterly the worste service provider out there and would not advise any one on using their service. I am cancelling my contract at the end of this month. Telkom really is an embarrassment to SA industry
