Despite logging a fault directly with Telkom (129CRK190114) as well as via my ISP (30BRK260114), I have received no help even though I specifically requested a technician to come out for repairs. I was sent an SMS saying that the problem has been fixed, but now I have no dial tone?! I don't know what to do now besides hellopeter, since when I try to call them, it tells me to send an SMS and when I do that, it says the a fault has been logged already on my line.
I just need my line to work!!! It has not worked now for about a month. I don't care if there is a call out fee involved, someone needs to come to my house and fix the problem...
