My ADSL stopped working on the 15th of Dec 2013. I have phoned and phoned and been pushed around.
I am currently on my 3rd Ref number. No one has even come out to see whats wrong. I have had to pay my mweb account even though I can't use it.
I will be cancelling my telkom line as soon as someone answers the phone.
I will not be paying the balance on my account (for the ADSL)
I find it amazing that you can charge me for a service I have not been able to use for a month and a half.
