I have been trying to cancel my contract since October 2013.. I've send several emails. The emails are actually acknowledged by nobody do anything about it. The debit order keep on being deducted from my account.
I am overseas and have not used my phone numbers in SA for more than 6 months. It is ridiculous.
Never ever support MTN - they are useless.
