Hallo, I cannot get 8ta to cancel the contract that expired LAST YEAR! I have been to the 8ta shops (2 different shops) I have phoned all the numbers I could find, I spoke to numerous "consultants" but I cannot stop the account. The contract was ended and I contacted 8ta 2 months ahead of time to cancel and was ordered to wait a month. So I did. I was then informed that the call centers cannot mark the contractas completed, I have to go back to were I took out the contract, which I did. I was informed there the contract will not automatically renew and will definately end. Come end of month another debit order is off! I have in writing the emails sent to numerous "contacts" 8ta staff members at various 8ta branches have sent that "promises results" to assist but to no avail. The best is I cannot stop the debit order without Telkom's permission! You are no more than scheming! Help, Help, Help please!
