I recently downgraded my contract, as advised by the consultant at the Vodacom Shop in Bedford Centre. However I was NOT informed that by downgrading I would lose ALL my free minutes up to that point. All 700 odd of my minutes vanished, I have PAID for them!

Then when you call the call centre, no-one calls me back to sort this out.
