Lodged a complain on the 23 of Jan and was told it will take three days for someone to come collect the tablet (Proline Mirage) and its been a week already and nothing. I called yesterday and spoke to a lady who told me that she will get back to me after she spoke to the person who is supposed to arrange for the collection and still i wait. how long does one need to wait though and i know its going to take them four more weeks to return it when they eventually collect it.
