I called Dino from Cheryl D Property in Stanger and informed him that there was a rat in ceiling and that it was eating the airvents as it wanted to come out. He offered to put rattex and so I told him rather not, cause I have a small child at home, so encouraged him to put a trap instead. He put 1 was supposed to put another one 1 day ago. No answer on his cell since then despite the numerous calls to him. I called Cheryl D's office this morning and spoke to a half asleep person called Vasenthie... she told he was not available and asked me what teh problem was... I told her the whole story and then after all of that she says to me... rather speak to Dino cuase he was handling the issue... I asked her why the did she waste my time, and money cause I was calling from my cell... her patethic customer service skills did no good to me as she could not relate to the trauma that me and my family have been going through the past few days, she asked me not to raise my voice and she cut the call on my. I called again and spoke to Wnedy who promised to get Cherly D to call me back, apparently I can't get her direct number??? Sad service, plse do a course on customer service skills!!!
