I have been trying to contact Cell C the whole morning. Firstly you need to listen to their super charge info for a few minutes before they give you the options to route your call. Finally once getting the options and choosing to speak to a consultant, they advise you that they can not assist you in the language you have selected. How can they not assist you in English??? It is very frustrating calling their call centres, nothing SUPER about the service!
