Een a client of autopage for 12 years. everytime the upgrade is a bigger nightnmare than the previous occassion. the staff is friendly but utterly incompetent providing incorrect package information leading to huge mobile data account which they do not want to take ownership of, not performing tasks when they are due I constantly have to follow up if upgrades or changes are done otherwise it does not happen. they never call back as promised when they do answer the phone or they pass the buck and say that head office is to blame. The franchise owner is never available and does not return messages. I have now waited 28 days for my samsung tv to be delivered in terms of my new mobile upgrade and still no closer to a resolve or even indication when it will happen after being promised that the turnaround time to delivery is 2 days. it is appaling!!!
