Worse customer service

My blakberry services has been disabled for about three days before a cash payent was made, finally on the 19th Jan da services was resinstated

I've ever since been having issues connecting to the internaet also using BIS, kept callinh in for assistance
Services books and alls has been sent nothing seems to work, till today 30th there is full signal but I cannot access my BIS

This is pathetic service as I have to spend a lot of money to make calls also use my sms's, oh and another agent said its my blackberry that's faulty as per RIM

This is unacceptable coz the contract I've signed included BIS, if this issue is not sorted I refuses to pay the account and will not be handed over for collections
