I have MWEB's client for 6 years but i''m really sick of it now, suddenly ADSL is not capped and i have to pay double the amount and the worse thing is I hardly use it, it the month I decide to use it the premium doubled. I requested for a breakdown on Monday and till today i have not received feedback on this premium they deducted. I even asked when will my contract end cause i am so done with them. I was a happy client to take their contract in 2007 and everything was in order, i hardly had a prblem with them but now they had enough of my money and they don't care anymore so rather to move to another provider who cares about me as their client.
