Cannot accommadate clients

When cancelling my MTN contract I was asked to please consider upgrading as MTN will give me a substantial credit for being a client since 1997. After thinking this threw I decided to upgrade only to be told that I cannot upgrade without a green bar coded ID. I phoned in and explained my dilemma but was told that "this is our policy and there is no other way to do it, a green bar coded ID or nothing not even a affidavit will do." after the third time of phoning in thinking that maybe I will find someone willing to help the lady says what about your passport, by now I was so disappointed that I said they must just cancel this contract I have had enough. Thank you MTN for not being there for me after all these years. You talk the talk but you don't do the walk.
