All of a sudden, without warning, Nashua mobile have now "softlocked" my account as it went above R310. As my personal mail works on my smart phone, I cannot retrieve it. I have been a customer for many years - and have never heard of this rubbish.
As a result, I am "softlocking" my debit order, and cancelling my account and porting my number to a supplier who has not heard of "softlocking"
Unfortunately, they cannot phone or e-mail me as neither is working due to the "softlocking"
