I am FED up with vodacom, no signal constant issue. Softlocking my line and the absorbament bill for the phone. I can never use this phone or understand why my bill is so high.
I am constantly being pushed from pillar to post trying to resolve my account, I finding that the call centers not useful. I need assistance or either someone to assist me to cancel this contract.
This is the worst experience I have had with a company such as Vodacom.
