More than A MONTH without ANY service! I had the service for 5 daqys before it went down!! I've escalated this queries 100 times. I have received 34 SMS's saying my line is being repaired! In one hour!! I've tried to get a hold of someone but the call centre is less than helpful in trying to get something like this sorted. I got billed for 2 months after only have my 5 days of service! Which I paid thinking that Telkom showed some respect to its clientele. This is my second hellopeter entry! And its not a cable problem since the other line on my property works!!!
Fix my line already! All I want is the service! Fix my line!!! I received notification that it will be fixed at two different points in time already! Fix my line!!!
