I posted a complaint on the 17th of January via the Hellp Peter website. MTN responded on the 21st of January. The response was that the complaint was being escalated to Regional management. A week later and I have yet to heat from anyone at MTN. In the meantime I am paying for something I do have. The incorrect product is standing in the middle of my lounge collecting dust!!!
Id anyone at MTN going to take this seriously!!! if I do not pay my subscription I can asure you that MTN will disconnect my line!!! I am of at the lack of service!!!
