My complaint dated 21st January 2013 refers. i receive a response to that complaint from Ster Kinekor on 28th January 2012 advising that a member of Management from Musgrave will contact me "shortly", however, to date no one has contacted me at all. And this was a response from Ster Kinekor Management. if Management service is so bad, its no wonder the staff are so incompetent.
