Cannot contact cancellations

I cannot seem to get hold of anyone in the cancellation department when calling 10210. I have tried multiple times over the past week and I get put on hold, listen to over half an hour of music and adverts and then get disconnected every time. The Telkom direct store cannot process cancellations and I am now desperate.
