FRAUDELENT SECOND LINE ON MY ACCOUNT

After battling from November with a fraudelent second line that was opened on my account, I have just received another sms that there is another application for a second line on my account. I DID NOT ASKED FOR IT AND WANT IT STOPPED IMMEDIATELY! Ihave only one number 076-717-0439 and do not wish to have anything else on my account and will not take responsibility for any expenses on a second line!!! I tried to contact the call centre and they put me on hold for a long time and I did not speak to anybody about it!
