From the 28th of November, land line has not worked, although ADSL line worked. I bought a new phone in case this was the problem, but it still did not work. I have 6 reference numbers from Telkom, 5 replied back as problem solved, although the problem is still not resolved. Requested technician to come to property, strict instruction given, and to this day no one has come. As from yesterday, ADSL has stopped working. It has been impossible to get through to the call centre, instead having to contact Telkom Pretoria, they just transferred me back to Call Centre. I am now looking for another service provider.
