Hi, the lightning stroked the line on Tuesday evening. I send an sms that the telephone is dead. On Wednesday, the technician contacted me from 012 3471405 to advise me that they will fix it that day. It is now Friday and it is still down. I contacted 10210 this morning and again was told that my case was assigned to a technician and they will try to fix it today. When I explained to her, this is unacceptable, she indicated that it depends on how many faults they have to fix. I requested to speak to the supervisor. I hold on for 25 minutes and nothing happened. If you look at my history on the system, I am now struggling for the last 4 months. They still have not fix the line outside which the technician said was down. I am really fed up and so frustrated with this. I have a son at home without any communication during the day. You pay for a service that is non existing. I am now going to take this further, whatever it takes and to who ever want to listen!!!
