NO MB RECEIVED AND BILL ME FOR BACKGROUND UPDATES

1. Pay for BIS that was supposed to be stopped when I upgraded to a Samsung April 2013. That was credited on my account. 2. Received NO MB for 7 months and must pay for a bill of R1115.20. MTN 808 line told me it was for background updates. If I've got my MB the account will not be that high. And nobody at MTN told me that you must restrict your phone in order to stop the updates. I am sooooo frustrated because Thobekile Khuzwayo emailed me that the query was credited on my account but she didn't listen when I told her that was for the BIS charged. That was in the first place incorrect.
Can someone who understand my problem please help me.
