Hi, I would just like to start off by saying what a pain it has been dealing with you. Firstly, last year April (2013), I discovered that I was being billed for BIS (on an upgrade contract which was not a blackberry but a samsung). This was charged to my account from day one of when the upgrade was signed for in 2012. I have requested that this be credited to my account in order for me to continue making payments as normal. But have never received any credit for at the time was 12 months of BIS that was billed to me. After 2-3 months of requesting the same thing, i received no response. You dont contact me at all in this 6 months not even to warn me that you are going to hand over my account then only to receive a call in November 2013 to say that you handed my account over and i have to pay R5000. This is RIDICULOUS. You people expect me to pay a bill, when you owe me money and still continue to bill me for BIS. I refuse to pay R5000 when you are the ones who needed to credit my account. Do that, then i will settle my account gladly. But this is ridiculous. And I will not stop here!!!
