Bad Service, very late response, still not fixed!!

We reported a fault on our line: 021-558-0432, ref no: 16CWK280613 refers. nothing was done. it was reported again: Ref no: 65CWK010713 refers, then again: Ref no: 49CWK080713 refers. Finally on the 10th July, the first Technician came in. He couldnt fix it. It was reported again today and Ref no: 72CWK110713 refers. This time the call centre agent was threatening, and told my boss, Mr Gert Coetzee, if he doesnt lower his voice she will put the phone down, but I am sure you can understand by this time why he is so frustrated. The problem is this: This is a business line. He is running a business, and he cannot call into his office from this number. He is loosing business. But it is the ONLY number he cannot get through to. it is: 021-551-0399, and the fax no: 021-551-0914. That is his business number and no matter what he has done, or the technician has done, they can still not call into the office from his number. This please needs to be rectified immediately, as he can no longer afford for this line not to be working. He can call out to any other numbers but this one, and NO-ONE is offering him assistance or coming out to help and fix the problem. Please Help!!
